I love this yarn. I made a granny square blanket for my bed and it is now my heirloom project for sure. It is so beautiful.

I bought various different shades of the Wool of the Andes Tweed and absolutely loved working with it. Fantastic colours and an easy to work with wool yarn. Definitely would go back for more. 5 stars for this wool brand. The service/delivery from We Crochet was excellent.

I've always liked Wool of the Andes, and for making a hat with a overall cable it was perfect. My sister is traveling on a cruise to the Arctic Circle, so she needed warmth, which of course the wool AND cable would supply, but also something soft to the skin. I therefore made a double hat with navy Brava worsted inside so soft next to the skin, but warm on the outside.

I love this yarn so much that I purchased a bundle pack of all of the colors! This yarn is easy to work with for crocheting a variety of projects. The colors are so great for using in a project that require several different colors. It has a nice drape depending on the stitch and hook size used.

I love this yarn. I've crocheted with it in the past but lately I've been weaving with it. It is wonderful to work with, both warp and weft. I've woven two chair seat covers with it and currently I'm weaving yardage for a vest.

I do love this yarn, but... I also bought the Down Heather (as the Picket Fence was out of stock) and it was a much darker grey than it looks in the picture. It will not work for my project. It is a lovely yarn though, so I will use the Down Heather for something else. I am sure it would make a lovely sweater! I will have to wait for the Picket Fence to be back in stock for the intended project.

Love the quality and texture of the Wool of Andes Tweed. The only downside is that we ordered the “Down Heather” and the website product photos make the yarn look more of a white / light grey tweed. When we received the yarn it was more of a grey color and darker than what was expected.

This yarn is beautiful, so beautiful in fact I'm ordering more as quickly as I can. The North Pole Heather is my favorite. I have a store on Etsy and do amigurumi characters. I have a Kitty almost finished and it's beautiful. My order was packed neatly and arrived quickly, thank you so much. I will certainly be ordering more colors, Jackie

I've ordered this a couple of times (and still have on my Wish list) in Firecracker, Persimmon, Indigo. I agree with prev. reviewers that it's a bit light for a Worsted, but I'm finding that across many yarn brands lately. At. first, I found WOTA a bit of a rough hand, but it tends to soften while working. I made a lovely cabled cardie from Firecracker. The colour reminds me of the red/black paper that covered firework when I was a child (remember the shredded black and red paper after they went off?) Indigo looks different depending on the light anywhere from blue to purple. Persimmon is dead on.

I bought 8 skeins in Down Heather for a cardigan and it came out beautiful! I get tons of compliments and always get asked what the yarn is. It is very warm and will be a winter staple. The tweed looks beautiful. It looked even more amazing after blocking. My only complaint is that it is a little itchy so I will have to wear long sleeves under it.

Made the Oakwood poncho for my grand daughter. Loved working with the yarn. Colors were true for me.

I have just started a new sweater for my husband to replace his old camping sweater that got chewed by rats. It's indigo, marine, and north pole I am thrilled by the yarn.

So soft! Delicious colors and a fantastic touch. I can't get enough of just caressing the yarn. And more colors came in! I'm excited and i have ambitious projects for those!

I love this yarn--working with it and also the look of the finished product. I made it for my grandson who will be returning from Nicaragua in September. I used the Lost Lake Heather yarn (a lovely dusty green) and "His Favorite Hoodie" pattern by Shannon Bullett-Bowlsby.
