I love Homespun yarn and have been knitting with it for many many years! It Always looks beautiful! I knit for charity so it helps when it is on sale. I put two strands of worsted yarn that compliment the Homespun color I choose And use number 19 needles for 75 rows of a variety of knit and purl rows. IT IS THE BEST!!!

I like this yarn a lot, it has a lovely 'loft' and is soft and textured when made up, with a good shading effect. The way it is made, a very soft main body with a fine thread wrapped around to hold it together, gives it its texture but means that I have to be careful not to hold it between my fingers too tightly as I work otherwise the body of the yarn bunches up and makes lumps, but as long as I remember that it's great.

Reboot of the old homespun--this one's way smaller and has a much more basic texture. I'm a bit disappointed!

Love this product crochets up beautifully into blankets. Just wish I could get some more Midnight Stripes and Celestial Stripes. One isn’t on the menu any more the other no availability. Not that i need a blanket at the moment in an Australian Summer.😉
