The Tunisian Full Stitch is easy to do and has a very unique look!
Tunisian full stitch (TFS): Skip first stitch of row, insert hook under horizontal bar in the space between stitches, yarn over, pull up a loop, leave the loop on the hook and continue across the row. RetP: Yarn over, pull through 1 loop, *yarn over, pull through 2 loops, rep from *until 1 loop remains on the hook.

Leave the loop on the hook and continue across the row
Return pass (RetP): yarn over, pull through 1 loop
