This is a gorgeous shade of maroon, dark and sumptuous, the real Harvard crimson, that is, beet red. Wool of the Andes comes through again!

This shade of Cranberry is a slightly darker, slightly orange-ish shade, not the pure fire engine RED, and not as dark as the Harvard Crimson maroon of Hollyberry (beet red/purple). Beautiful to work with! Wool of the Andes comes through again!

Pure fire engine red, not tomato-y, not blood colored - just pure red. Wool of the Andes comes through again!

I tried to live this yarn but it’s just too scratchy. Not fun to work with and I imagine not fun to wear.

I am fairly new to crochet and was brought to this channel by TL Yarn Crafts on YouTube. Anyway, I had a wonderful time ordering some new yarns to play with. This yarn of the Andes is really easy and wonderful to work with. I have fallen in love with Tunisian crochet and am using this to make a scarf for my little granddaughter. The colors are just awesome! too! Blossom Heather is my favorite! I do recommend this wool to crochet with, and I'm looking forward to trying it for other projects.

Pink Posey Heather "Wool of the Andes" is really great yarn. Ran out of yarn and ordered one more, color is very consistent. I made a shawl with this.

I like this yarn a lot. Lovely blue color. It reminds me of dark denim but with reds and lighter shades of blues woven into it. It's also very pliable to work with. Nothing stiff about it. I'm learning to crochet and I'm making a beanie with it. I can't tell if all my stitches are going to come out right, but I can see already that with this yarn, the beanie is going to feel soft and look gorgeous.

The price was great and the colors were very good too. I love the Burdock Heather especially. This wool is fairly scratchy so I won't be ordering it again.
