PLACING YOUR ORDER

There are several ways to place your order:

  • ONLINE through our secure website.
  • TELEPHONE 1-855-251-5727
  • MAIL Send your order and payment to: WeCrochet, PO Box 87760, Vancouver WA 98687-7760.
    NOTE: items will not be shipped without full payment

 

BACKORDERS / NOTIFY ME
If an item is out of stock it will be listed on our website as "Available (date)" . By clicking the "Notify Me" button, you will receive an email when the item is back in stock and available to order.
NOTE: You must be logged into your WeCrochet account to use the Notify Me feature. 

WISH LIST
The Wish List allows you to create a list of items you want to purchase at a later date.Simply click the "add to wishlist" button on the item's page, and the item will be moved to your wish list. When you're ready to purchase your items, you can simply click the "MOVE TO CART" button from within your wish list and it will be moved to your shopping cart. You can even share your wish list with a friend (hello, perfect birthday present!).
NOTE: You must be logged into your WeCrochet account to use the Wish List feature.

 

PAYMENT
WeCrochet accepts the following major credit cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • PayPal

All funds are collected in US dollars.

US Checks and money orders are accepted from US residents in US dollars. Returned checks will be charged a $15 service fee.

WeCrochet does not accept COD orders or purchase orders.

 

TAXES

Please include the appropriate County Sales tax for the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.

Residents of Connecticut will be charged a flat 6.35% sales tax.

Residents of Kentucky will be charged a flat 6% sales tax.

Any underpayments or overpayments will be noted on your invoice.

Residents of other states are responsible for paying any applicable sales taxes for their jurisdiction.

Tax is calculated on the total value of items ordered including shipping & handling.

If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item.

Sales tax paid on shipping is non refundable.
