Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return it within 90 days of purchase.*
For U.S. Customers

Locate your order by logging into your account or entering your order number. Select the items you want to return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Print your prepared return shipping label and return receipt. To ensure you receive the correct refund, every order must be returned using a separate shipping label. A return shipping fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund.
Is this your first purchase? Don't worry, the return fee is on us and won't be deducted from your refund.

Pack items and return receipt in your original box or any cardboard shipping box. Make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels and seal your box. Attach return shipping label.

Drop your box anywhere USPS packages are collected. Give it to your postman or take it to your local post office.
