This is a great yarn! Super soft, and the colors are fantastic. I'm holding it double with another alpaca yarn for a sweater.

This is lovely, soft yarn in many wonderful colors. I haven't yet used it but I have wound what I will be using into balls and I am very impressed because using a umbrella swift and a ball winder I encountered no difficulty. It had been nicely skeined and tied. No tangles at all. Perfect!! Great price!!

Beautiful yarn. Alpaca is finest and softest than traditional wool blends. Makes a shawl wearable on hotter days. Also flows in the wind quite gracefully making for many a comment. Extra colors make this outstanding. Just make sure you wind in a ball before starting. Careful where you clip the holding yarns and a chair top will do fine

I purchased the color Edith to weave a scarf on my loom. When the yarn arrived, I could not get over how incredibly soft it was. The coloring was absolutely gorgeous! The subtle hints of red and gold mixed in with the warm brown made the yarn all that much more beautiful. As a side note, I would describe the yarn as a light lace-weight yarn since it is much finer than the Shadow Tonal lace yarn that I purchased. Overall, the scarf turned out fantastic and made a wonderful gift to a friend. I'm definitely looking forward to making more projects with this wonderful yarn in the future.

Love this yarn. Made lace shawl and long cardigan. Have lots of plans with the yarn, so please do not discontinue it for the next hundred years.
